The language of communication will be German and/or English.

The average daily distance to be covered will be 70-80 km. The route will be "green" in most parts, i.e. on minor roads with little or no traffic. Although the countryside is mostly flat, applicants should be aware that parts of the ride could be a little strenuous.

A proper bike with gear shift, waterproofs and pannier bags will definitely be required. (If you cannot bring the neccessary equipment, please let us know, as a limited amount of equipment will be available for overseas participants.)

There will be several support vehicles for food and repairs, and for emergency transport.

The all-inclusive fee for non-Wuppertal residents is 250,00 €. This includes transfer to and from Wuppertal from abroad as well as youth hostel accommodation and catering.
The number of participants will be limited.
The closing date for registration is 31^th May 2003.

Please use only the registration form to apply for registration. This will only be valid after you have received a written confirmation from the tour office, which will include further travel information as well as a request to pay your registration fee into our tour account by 30^th June.
